ABSTRACT
The CD4+ T cells have an important effect on the regulation of the adaptive immune response. Unlike Th1 cells and Th2 cells, this newly-found Th17 cell plays an important role in autoimmune diseases, inflammation response, transplant rejection and central nervous system disease by the cytokine IL-17.
