ABSTRACT

The work of blood donation has its own characteristics,including high demand of the blood quality and safety,the limited period of blood validity,blood donation is not a necessary behavior of the people、the particularity of blood donation publicity and so on.We are now facing the downward trend of blood donation,the employees'quality is not high enough,the fragility of blood donation and so on.In facing of the difficulties,we should start from our own,clear our thinking,assume the responsibilities and with the rigorous attitude,at the same time we should steadfastly promote the blood donation publicity.
