Application of Quality Control Circle Management on Nursing of Tumor Patients' Pain / 中国医院管理

ABSTRACT

Through establishing QCC,the theme is confirmed,the plan is made,and the data is analyzed to explore QCC on improving the nursing unit of tumor patients'pain.(1)Visible result shows that,through the activities of QCC,the pain assessment accuracy is markedly increased from 70.48％ to 90.48％.The difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05).(2)Invisible result shows that QCC members mark themselves based on QCC grasp degree,team-work ability,professional knowledge,communication coordinate ability,confidence,responsibility and enthusiasm before and after QCC.
