ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the effect of clarithromycin combined with fragrant chrysanthemum capsule in chronic sinusitis.MethodsFrom May 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital received chronic sinusitis in 106 cases were randomly divided into test and control group two, 53 cases each. The experimental group was combined with clarithromycin and Xiangju capsule, control group was treated with clarithromycin. Two changes of sinus CT score of observation group, compared with the drug safety index.ResultsSinus CT after treatment in the experimental group was (2.64±0.53), control group (4.52±0.46), the test group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).The experimental group total effective rate, sinus CT score total effective rate were 96.23%, 94.34%, were significantly higher than the control group (66.04%, 64.15%), the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Two groups of incidence of adverse drug reactions had no statistically significant difference. The main symptoms after treatment points were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).ConclusionBased on the conventional clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, the patients were treated with Xiangju capsule treatment, is conducive to the improvement of sinus CT score, and can improve the clinical efficacy, and also does not increase the side effects of drugs, which is worthy of reference.
