Clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute cerebral protection and its brain protection / 中国生化药物杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing strategy of alprostadil and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the two groups were treated with Alprostadil Combined with edaravone, while the control group received routine care. The observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group nursing, the clinical efficacy, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, Barthel index (BI) and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 93.33 and 10.00％ respectively, compared with 76.67％ and 23.33％ in the control group (P< 0.05);after nursing, the NIHSS score and BI index of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For ACI patients, given alprostadil combined with edaravone treatment and given early nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the degree of neurologic impairment, improve the ability of daily life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.
