ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of general anesthesia. Methods It selected 44 patients from May 2015 to May 2017 during our hospital general anesthesia for the study. They were divided into two groupscontrol group and observation group. Routine anesthesia and intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine were used. It compared the recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time and adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time and tracheal extubation time of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 9.09% and 31.82%,respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous dexmedetomidine is effective in the anesthesia of general anesthesia. The recovery time and extubation time of the patients were significantly shortened, and the safety of the patients was improved. Therefore, based on the above advantages, it is worthy of popularization and application.
