ABSTRACT
Objective:
To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gentiopicroside,gardenia and baicalin in Xiegan Anshen pills.Methods:
The analysis was carried out on a Phenomenex Luna C18(2) column(250 mm×60 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃, the detection wavelength was 254nm, and the sample size was 10 μl.Results:
The linear range of gentiopicroside was 10.55-168.80 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.68%(RSD=1.2%, n=6).The linear range of gardenia was 29.85-477.60 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery was 98.76%(RSD=1.1%, n=6).The linear range of baicalin was 43.05-688.8 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 7), and the average recovery was 98.36%(RSD=1.4%, n=6).Conclusion:
The method is simple and accurate, and can determine the contents of the three ingredients simultaneously, which can be used for the quality control of Xiegan Anshen pills.
