The network area has brought the austere challenge and hard-won chance of development to the library's survival and progress.How can we take the challenge and catch the opportunity?The key to do it is endless innovation in work which depends on the librarians' improving their unitary qualities.This article talks about the main idea of librarians' continual education,the approach to make it become reality and brings forward some problems we should pay attention to.
