ABSTRACT

Changes on higher education pattern have tremendously promoted and exerted great impact on higher medical education.Enhancing the professional ethics education in medical health line,alleviating the conflict between employment and practice and paying more attention to the trainees' clinical skills have become important content of teaching reform in clinical practice in higher medical college.
