ABSTRACT

Practice is vital to medical communication.Through practice medical personnel have displayed their communication skill,got more understanding of the requirement and criteria of communication,validated and modified their communication effect,and found the way to improve their medical communication capability.Improvement of medical communication capability needs a long time practice and follows some necessary principles and methods.
