ABSTRACT

Based on the macroscopical tactics of building a creative country,the paper discusses the cultivation model of creative talents.The concept of creation is considered in modern education.Combined with the training targets,this paper expounds some existing problems and suggests a series of relative countermeasures for biomedical engineering teaching.
