ABSTRACT

For culturing the well-rounded medical students with high skill,strong sense of creation,deep and vast consideration of everything,we have deepened research and reform of functional experiment teaching in several years in the following aspects reforming the experimental teaching management model,smoothing the experimental teaching administration system, optimizing teaching content,improving method and means of teaching and emphasizing cultivation of creative ability of students by constructing the bilateral study mode of the teacher-guided,students-centered.
