ABSTRACT
To keep vocational schools distinctive and vigorous,top priority should be placed in teachers'training and teaching,making practice skill training systematic,embodying practical open professional principle based on vocational education in the process of practice teaching,by the teachers'guidance and stimulating students to actively participate in practice,reforming teaching ways and means.
