ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of ligustrazine on the changes of collagen, transforming growth factor- ?1(TGF- ?1) content in airway wall of asthmatic rats. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided mto normal group,model group, desametha-sone group, low - dose and high - dose of ligustrazine group, 8 rats in each group.
