Objective To study the variation of serum IL-18 and TNF-? in infants with cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis before and after treatment. Methods The levels of serum IL-18 and TNF-? in 36 infants with CMV-hepatitis before and after treatment and in 21 normal infants were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
