ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the distribution of non-motor symptoms(NMS) and dominant factors impacting on the prevalence of NMS in Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods The NMS questionnaire(NMSQuest) was administered to 128 patients(PD group) and 128 healthy adults(control group).The distribution of items of NMS was analyzed between the two groups,and clinical characteristics were also collected to assess the dominant factors impacting on the prevalence of NMS.
