METHODS:

A 32-year-old patient was diagnosed as subfoveal choroidal neovascularisation (CNV) associated with choroidal osteoma in the right eye, with present visual acuity (VA) of 20/80; N24. He underwent 2 sessions of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in the right eye for 12mo.·

RESULTS:

At the end of 12mo, the patient's VA was 20/200 with complete regression of the CNV.·
