ABSTRACT
Comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) can help to standardize the individual characteristics of elderly patients, including physical function, complications, cognitive ability, emotional health, to obtain patients'individual information, and to assess the treatment endurance from the perspective of gerontology, which will contribute to optimize the treatment options.Studies have shown that CGA indicators have predictive value in the treatment and prognosis of elderly patients with acute leukemia. This article reviews the role of CGA in acute leukemia.
