ABSTRACT
[Objective]Discussing the experiences on using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the Treatise of Cold-Induced Disorders to treat paediatric diseases.[Methods]Selecting 4 paediatric cases that are all using Guizhi added Dahuang Tang to treat concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin which causing fever, eczema, constipation, abdominal pain,to discuss the train of thoughts in using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the clinic.[Results] Using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the Treatise of Cold-Induced Disorders with a flexible addition and subtraction can treat all kinds of paediatric diseases such as concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin.The 4 cases proved in this article all used the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang to treat paediatric exogenous high fever, eczema, constipation, abdominal pain, etc,on the basis of syndrome differentiation,using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang ,or Xiaojianzhong Decoction plus Dahuang,with the addition and subtraction,to treat various of paediatric diseases caused by concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin ,and all obtained good effects. [Conclusion] Under the guidance of the six meridians syndrome differentiation,with the addition and subtraction of the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang,expand the scope of the application of classical prescription,and enhance the clinical effects.
