ABSTRACT

Objective:

To design a intelligent terminal system for metric quality control of portable medical equipment so as to reduce amount of labour for metering of medical equipment and increase work efficiency.

Methods:

The 2-dimension barcode (2D barcode) of internet of things that based on 2D-barcode technique was applied in medical field and android 4.0 operating system was adopted in the design. Both of above techniques could help to automatically remind testing date, automatically generate 2D barcode, real-timely input testing data, automatically generate measuring error, analyze detecting record, gather detecting data and achieve other functions.

Results:

The intelligent terminal system could automatically remind testing date, real-timely input testing data, automatically generate measuring error and achieve other functions through primarily measured the finished products on trial.

Conclusion:

The intelligent terminal can fast and conveniently detect summary and manage files, and it has good extensibility. Therefore, it can promote informatization and modernization for metric quality control of the medical equipment.
