ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the change in content of glycosaminoglycan and its composition in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The content of glycosaminoglycan and its complements in 30 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 2 cases of normal pancreatic tissue were determinated with biochemistrical and immuohistological methods.
