ABSTRACT
Objective To study the roles of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods Serum levels of sICAM 1 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 65 women with PIH (PIH group : 15 mild PIH, 24 moderate PIH and 26 severe PIH) and 25 normal pregnant women (control group).
