ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Xintong Injectio on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:The patients of treatment group were treated by intravenous dipping of Xintong Injectio,and the control group by Isosorbide mononitrate,and changes of their clinical symptoms,signs,ECG,dynamic ECG,hemorheological indexes,blood lipids and other indexes were investigated.Results:The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group,and the total effective rate for ECG was 76.67% in the treatment group and 48.33% in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(both P
