ABSTRACT

Objective:

To investigate the antiangiogenetic ability of Roquinimex for human colorectal cancer in vivo,and to study the possible mechanism of Roquinimex.

Methods:

The transplanted model of human colorectal cancer in nude mice was established and the effection of various doses of Roquinimex were compared.The microvesssal density (MVD) in tumor tissue of nude mice was accounted by immunohistochemical method.We also observed the antiangiogenesis effection of Roquinimex for chick embryo chorioallantic membrane (CEM).RusultsRoquinimex did inhibit the growth of SW1116 in nude mice.In all doses of Roquinimex treated group,the masses were less than that in control group ( P
