ABSTRACT

Objective: To observe the effect of L carnitine ( L CN) in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Fifty six cases of chronic CHF randomly received routine treatment (Digitalis, diuretics, vasodilator, ACEI or ?blocker) or L CN (3.0 g/d ,VD?10 d) with routine therapy.
