ABSTRACT

Objective To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and bFGF mRNA in pathological process of hepatic vascular proliferation, reconstruction and fibrosis in the patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods Immunohistochemical staining(bFGF)and hybridization in situ(bFGF mRNA)were performed in 120 cases of liver tissues of CHB.
