ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the expression of glucocorticoid receptor-alpha and beta(GR?and GR?)mRNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)in patients with dermatomyositis/polymyositis (DM/PM)and analyze their association with the pathogenesis and clinical response to glucocorticoid therapy.
