ABSTRACT

Compressed oxygen in diaphragm-type compresesor currently used can easily cause fire,ex- plosion or damage.The reason for the causes was analysed and requirment for the oxygen was put forward. Proceed from the three aspectselection of lubricating oil;replace of material quality and alarm for the di- aphragm broken;the problems of diaphragm-type compressor were finally settled.
