Content determination of aloin in Jiehong-Dieda gel paste by HPLC / 国际中医中药杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish thecontent determination of aloin in Jiehong-Dieda gel paste. Methods The chromatographic column was Kormasi C18 (4.60 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol water (4555) with a rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 355 nm and the column temperature was 30 . ℃ Results Under such condition, the content of aloin was in a good linear relationship within the range of 0.22-1.10 μg(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 97.98%(RSD=1.36%).Conclusions The method developed is simple, re1iable and good reproducible. The measurement results can be used as the quality control basis for the preparation process study of Jiehong-Dieda gel paste.
