ABSTRACT

With the increase of Chinese nurses participating in the international disaster medical rescue, the nurses are facing new challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of nurses in China to participate in the international disaster medical rescue, and suggested paying more attention to the nursing team construction to improve nurses′rescue ability. To strengthen the nursing emergency plan and organize simulation drill. To strengthen the organization and coordination of international disaster relief, in close coordination with the local government and organizations. Paying attention to the psychological intervention of nurses and reduce the psychological stress effectively. To do more research of disaster nursing and try to improve the nursing level of our country in the international disaster medical rescue.
