Advance of hybrid blood purification treatment in critical children / 中国小儿急救医学

ABSTRACT

Combination of two or more blood purification modes is called hybrid blood purification treatment (HBPT). The main HBPT in critical children includes continuous hemodiafiltration,hemoperfu-sion/plasma exchange combined with continuous renal replacement technology,fractionated plasma separation and adsorption and so on. HBPT is performed as rescue therapy for children with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,sepsis,acute liver failure,severe immune disease and severe acute poisoning.
