ABSTRACT

Objective:

To explore influence of collective exercise motivation mode on quality of life (QOL) and prog-nosis in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).

Methods:

A total of 116 CHD patients were randomly and e-qually divided into routine guidance group (received routine discharge guidance ) and exercise motivation group (re-ceived collective exercise motivation mode ).Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) was used to evaluate QOL ,thera-peutic compliance scale was used to assess therapeutic compliance ,and clinical prognosis was evaluated by major ad-verse cardiac events (MACE).

Results:

Compared with routine guidance group after intervention ,there were signif-icant rise in total SAQ score [ (52.4 ± 4.5) scores vs .(65.9 ± 5.4) scores] and therapeutic compliance (65.5% vs. 82.8%) ,and significant reduction in incidence rate of MACE (17.2% vs.5.2%) in exercise motivation group ,P<0.05 or <0.01.

Conclusion:

Collective exercise motivation model can significantly improve quality of life ,thera-peutic compliance and prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease ,which is worth extending .
