ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the feasibility of three-dimensional (3D) laparoscopic technique in treating Hirschsprung's disease in infants. Methods 13 cases of Hirschsprung's infants diagnosed by lower gastrointestinal radiography and rectal mucosa biopsy in the third affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university during the period from July 2015 to March 2017 were collected. All of them were treated by laparoscopic 3D technique. Results The 13 case of surgeries were all accomplished successfully, and no case was transferred to laparotomy. After operation, the symptom of abdominal distention disappeared, no difficult defecation, no anastomotic fistula. And routine anal dilatation 2 weeks after operation of anal. Follow-up for 6 to 24 months, there was no abdominal distension, fecal incontinence, anal stenosis and other complications. Conclusions 3D laparoscopic technique has the advantages of high resolution and three-dimensional, which is safe and feasible for the treatment of infant's Hirschprung's disease.
