Analysis on "Demands Priority" Medical Social Work Practice Mode under Multi-Dimension Integration Viewpoint:Taking Shanghai as an Example / 中国医学伦理学

ABSTRACT

Based on an empirical research on 31 medical institutions in Shanghai, this paper focused on explo-ring a "demands-based multi-integration" development mode adopted by medical institutions in Shanghai in the absence of social support currently, concluded that the mode had the characteristics of integration of multi-sup-portive force, demands priority, and projectization operation and so on, and finally analyzed the problems still ex-isting in the development of social work and gave policy suggestions.
