ABSTRACT
Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a rare disease of hematological malignant disease in children.Advanced MDS constituted about 50% of the MDS patients and have a poor outcome in children.There are significant differences in advanced MDS between children and adults,including clinical manifestations,morphological features,cytogenetic findings and prognostic factors.This article reviews clinical research progress of advanced MDS in children.
