ABSTRACT

Vasculitis has a broad spectrum of diseases .Of the antibodies to vsculitis , anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody ( ANCA ) , which was recommended by several international consensus , has been proved to be of diagnostic values , and is closely related to primary small vasculitis .It is necessary for clinicians to understand the significance of the results of ANCA in vasculitis and other ANCA positive diseases.
