ABSTRACT
Newborns are prone to coagulation dysfunction in stress after birth, which is related to their imperfect coagulation and anticoagulation systems. The neonatal anticoagulation system is in a process of continuous development and maturation, and its physiological changes are very complicated. In recent years, research on neonatal coagulation and anticoagulation systems has got a lot of achievement, but there is still a lack of large-scale randomized studies for a reference range of neonatal anticoagulant factors.Neonatal thrombotic diseases are more and more common. The treatment includes anticoagulative and thrombolytic therapy.
