ABSTRACT

Respiratory infections have heterogeneous causes and variable manifestations. How to make an indi-vidual and correct judge for each pediatric respiratory infection and make the patients receive an individualized and ra-tional therapy,according to the principles and methods of clinical thinking,is a great challenge for every pediatrician, each day. Based on a briefly introduction of features of clinical thinking,this article focus on key principles in the diag-nosis and treatment of pediatric respiratory infections.
