ABSTRACT
facial bone fracture. There are many complications, for example, diplopia, enophthalmos, limitation of eye movement, visual activity depression and blindness. Because of these complications, the accurate diagnosis and treatment of medial orbital wall fracture is very important. We have reconstructed medial orbital walls with transcaruncular approach and obtained good results in patients with medial orbital wall fracture.
