ABSTRACT
cleft lip and palate. Thus, the case that is unilateral on the left and not associated with cleft lip or palate is very rare. We experienced a case of 2 years 6 months old Philippine girl who had oblique facial cleft that is not associated with cleft lip or palate. The probable cause and treatment is discussed with a review of literatures.
