ABSTRACT
cleft lip surgery should be the aesthetic and functional recovery of the facial components. Triangular flap repair is one of the most common techniques used in cleft lip surgery. In this case report, thirty patients with unilateral cleft lip had been treated using the Tennison-Randall method. The results were favorable and there have been no permanent complications.
