ABSTRACT
Infants and young children with food allergies have a high incidence of feeding difficulties which affect children's growth and development.Early standard nutritional management is critical to promoting their growth.Early diagnosis of food allergies,effective avoidance and substitution of certain food,proper timing of introducing sensitized foods,rational use of probiotics and appropriate micronutrients,together with the intervention of dietary behavior and exercise,and regular assessment of growth and nutrition are most essential for promoting these children's physical growth.
