ABSTRACT
Glioma is a kind of tumors with high genetic heterogeneity. Preoperative gene prediction of glioma plays a definite guiding role in the treatment and prognosis evaluation of patients. In recent years, many advanced imaging methods, such as multimodal MRI and radiomics, have been gradually applied to non-invasive gene detection of glioma. In this article, the multimodal MRI and radiomics progresses of glioma gene detection were reviewed.
