ABSTRACT
Objective:
Abdominal aortic aneurysm is mainly treated with endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), but the incidence of endoleak after EVAR is high. The main purpose of follow-up is to monitor the occurrence of endoleak after EVAR. Ultrasonic examinations have the advantages of convenient operation, low price, no ionizing radiation and high sensitivity and specificity for detecting endoleak. The advancements of ultrasonography in detecting endoleak after EVAR were reviewed in this article.
