ABSTRACT
Based on more than 10-year clinical practice of treating infants with high risk of cerebral palsy and review of papers, the grading screening criteria were developed, which consisted of 5 indexes including high risk factors, motor management, general movements, Hammersmith infant neurological examination and head magnetic resonance imaging.Besides, corresponding rehabilitation interventions were suggested.Timely and effective professional grading screening and intervention can alleviate the development disorder or dysfunction caused by cerebral palsy, avoid missed diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the functional injury to infants. Moreover, accurate screening and targeted intervention can prevent excessive medical treatment, relieve the treatment pain of infants and lighten their family burden.
