ABSTRACT
Based on the in-depth analysis of the status quo of the curriculum system for standardized residency training, this paper introduces a hybrid curriculum system for standardized residency training in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, which is guided by the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) and based on three outcome objectives of "task, attitude and occupational characteristics". The paper also analyzes the construction process of the curriculum system from five aspects outcome design, curriculum design, curriculum implementation, results record and outcomes evaluation, which is of great reference value for further improving the objectives, contents, models and methods of standardized residency training.
