ABSTRACT
Objective:
To explore the effect of early intervention rehabilitation on neurological function and life ability of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:
One-hundred and twenty patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia who were hospitalized in Quhua Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected in the study. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group received interventional rehabilitation treatment within two weeks of treatment, and the control group received interventional rehabilitation treatment after four weeks of treatment. The motor function, neurological function defect and living ability of the two groups were compared after interventional rehabilitation treatment. Results:
At 4, 6 weeks after rehabilitation, the FMA scores of the control group were (33.7±7.8)points and (39.0±8.8)points, respectively, which were lower than those of the observation group [(39.3±8.4)points and (45.8±9.4)points] ( t=3.784, 4.091, all P<0.001). At 2, 4, 6 weeks after rehabilitation, the NIHSS scores of the control group were (8.6±2.6)points, (8.3±2.3)points and (7.1±2.0)points, respectively, which were higher than those of the observation group [(7.7±1.4)points, (7.0±1.7)points, (6.3±1.2)points]( t=2.361, 3.521, 2.657, all P<0.05). At 2, 4, 6 weeks after rehabilitation, the Barthel index of the control group were (39.9±12.8)points, (48.3±11.3)points, (53.3±11.5), respectively, which were lower than those of the observation group [(46.8±13.6)points, (56.0±10.8)points, (59.7±11.6)points] ( t=2.862, 3.816, 3.305, all P<0.05).Conclusion:
Early intervention rehabilitation therapy can enhance the motor ability of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction, reduce the neurological deficit, and improve the living ability, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
