It has the advantages of short learning curve, complete decompression, high fusion rate and exact curative effect. It is one of the common surgical procedures in spine surgery. However, the operation is traumatic, the blood loss during and after the operation is large, and the blood transfusion rate is high, especially in the multi-stage fusion operation, which is often accompanied with different degrees of anemia, leading to the prolongation of hospital stay and rehabilitation time.
