Conclusion:

The reproductive outcome of laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy is influenced by many factors. The high level of hCG in preoperative blood, severe pelvic adhesions, obstruction of tubal and ectopic pregnancy history are the risk factors of postoperative pregnancy.
