Results:

With the implementation of the ongoing healthcare reform, support from financial, policy and technology increased significantly, but due to the synthetic action of unexpected negative effects of the reform, superposition and accumulation of disturbance and ineffective support, village clinic′ s medical service capacity began to weaken.
